Construction Project Manager
Job Details:
Senior Project Manager – Construction (General)
- Lead commercial, industrial, and technically complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project scope, budget, schedule, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Oversee project financials including cost control, forecasting, billing, and change orders
- Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate procurement and long-lead items
- Coordinate with field teams, superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure execution
- Conduct project meetings, progress updates, and client communications
- Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Support coordination of inspections, commissioning, punch lists, and final turnover
- Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and field issues proactively
- Manage project closeout including documentation, warranties, and final financial reconciliation
Requirements:
- 10+ years of construction experience, with 5+ years in project management
- Experience running mid-to-large scale commercial or industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost control
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and standard office tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, or similar environments a plus
Compensation:
- $100,000–$135,000 base salary
- Bonus and project-based incentives
