We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated New Jersey Licensed Associate Counselor to join our team. As an LAC, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's mission to provide quality care and support to individuals and families. ```Experience ```

  • Psychotherapy and Counseling:
  • Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups.
  • Ability to develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Client Records and Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Consistent communication with referral sources and/or other providers
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including art therapists, social workers, and medical professionals, to create effective treatment plans.
  • Supervision and Growth:
  • Experience oversight from direct supervision of a qualified supervisor.
  • Motivation for continued professional development and growth.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Knowledge of psychopharmacology and medical documentation

- Strong data collection and analysis skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

-Consulting, and referral and research activities

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
