Front Desk Associate
Front Desk & Guest Service Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor
Check guests in and out efficiently while verifying reservations and payment methods
Assign rooms, issue room keys, and provide hotel information
Answer phone calls and respond to guest questions and requests promptly
Assist guests with reservations, directions, local recommendations, and concierge-style services
Maintain accurate guest records and process payments
Handle guest messages, packages, lost and found items, and special requests
Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
Support overall hotel operations and assist other departments as needed
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Basic computer and phone skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted
Ability to work in front desk environments
Exposure to cleaning chemicals and kitchen equipment
Additional Expectations
Maintain professionalism and teamwork at all times
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to assist wherever needed
Uphold hotel brand standards and commitment to guest satisfaction
