We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Foreman to lead field crews on HVAC and plumbing projects. You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day job site operations, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage field crews to install HVAC and plumbing systems per plans and specs
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and markups provided through Bluebeam
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure material and labor needs are met
• Perform layout, pipefitting, duct installation, and system connections as needed
• Ensure the crew maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times
• Track daily progress and report updates and issues to the Project Manager
• Verify quality of work and adherence to Supreme's field standards
• Conduct site safety checks and enforce compliance with all safety protocols
• Manage material inventory and request supplies for upcoming phases of work
• Mentor and develop apprentices and junior team members
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively, escalating when necessary
• Represent Supreme HVAC with professionalism when interacting with clients and other trades

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC and/or plumbing installation, with at least 2 years in a foreman or leadership role
• Deep understanding of commercial/industrial mechanical systems including Hydronics, Process Piping, and Med Gas
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• Strong understanding of job site logistics, sequencing, and workflow
• Proficiency with layout tools, field measurements, and basic fabrication
• Experience with Bluebeam and familiarity with digital plan markups
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
