Kucht Appliances is seeking a Scheduling Technician Coordinator to join our team!
At Kucht, we pride ourselves on delivering premium professional-grade kitchen appliances that combine quality, design, and innovation. As we continue to expand our service operations and enhance customer satisfaction, we're seeking a proactive and organized Scheduling Technician Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
The Scheduling Technician Coordinator will serve as the vital link between our technical support team, field technicians, and clients. This role is responsible for developing and managing service repair schedules, optimizing technician communications, and ensuring superior customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
  • Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
  • Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
  • Process, track, and book technician trip repair services, including expense reports and travel documentation.
  • Coordinate efforts to enhance internal communication and workflow consistency.
  • Implement dynamic routing and technician scheduling systems to ensure efficient service repair visit.
  • Develop comprehensive client service strategies and plan for seamless technical support operations and communication flow.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end management of client service requests, from start to finish.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of technician availability and assignments
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation systems for tracking service requests, technician actions, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years admin experience in customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
  • Positive Attitude
  • Team player who can work independently
