Available shifts may include:

• Any day of the week, Monday - Sundays
• Full-time/part-time hours
• Shifts available in Edison Area, Perth Amboy Area, Linden Area

Duties may include:

• Activities of daily living - bathing/showering, dressing, etc.
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping, such as dusting, vacuuming, and dishes
• Driving to appointments and errands
• Companionship - interacting with clients and engaging them to live fuller lives

Job requirements:

• Minimum education; high school diploma or GED
• NJ CHHA License - current and in good standing
• PPD within the last 12 months
• Valid driver's license and reliable automobile
• Read, write, understand, and speak English
• Be genuinely concerned about helping people and have high moral standards of honesty and integrity!
• Must accept responsibility for learning and adhering to Comfort Keepers policies and procedures
• Perform job duties in the home setting with minimal direct supervision
• Maintain satisfactory relationships with administrative staff, clients, and family members

Applicant must meet or exceed minimum qualifications for each of the following background checks:

• Criminal background investigation
• Motor vehicle driving record
• Professional and personal reference checks
