About the role

The Customer Trade Marketing Analyst is responsible for supporting the Customer Trade Marketing Team by leveraging data to drive in-market implementation and ensure follow-up/tracking of the Top Customer Priorities. Key areas of responsibility include setting up reporting and tracking tools that enable a streamlined information process across multiple account to enable faster and improved decision-making process as well as generating category growth opportunities through transformative insights.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

• Provides tracking of progress against the Top Corporate priorities by Account
• Provides analysis of New Product Launches and learnings to formulate best approaches by account
• Coordinates the tracking and consolidation of RB and competitive activities identifying gaps in the National Plan and by Account
• Understands and applies Customer, Consumer and Industry insights using Nielsen IQ, Nielsen, Numerator (Household Panel data), and other market research data (U&As, Marketing Mix Model, Assortment studies) for ad hoc projects
• Provides National Brand/Category insights and support as needed for business reviews in core customers.
• Develops Mastery of the US Trade environment and RB Categories in order to support the Team with key projects and further develop in subsequent assignment
• Identifies and formalize best-in-class processes across the Customer Trade Marketing Team and facilitates adoption

The experience we're looking for

• 4-year college degree.
• 3-years experience and proven knowledge/understanding of Syndicated Data: Nielsen, Panel, Brand U&As.
• Some direct Sales and/or Brand Management experience with cross-functional exposure to other business operations preferred.
• Must be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills and enjoy data analysis. Ability to independently conduct in-depth data analysis AND use the data to develop strong, persuasive selling stories.
• Good understanding of Customer Management Process
• Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Office, Nielsen/IRI)
• Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to successfully multi-task
• Good interpersonal and time management skills. Must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Consumer-packaged goods industry

US salary ranges

USD $80,000.00 - $120,000.00

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.
