Responsibilities of HR Staffing :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement effective staffing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Maintain and update s and job postings to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct orientation and training programs for new employees to facilitate smooth integration into the organization.
- Administer employee benefits and handle HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Oversee performance management processes, including performance appraisals and employee feedback.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Handle employee relations and address conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and create workforce planning initiatives.
Qualifications of HR Staffing :
- High school diploma
- Previous HR experience
