Case Manager - Intensive Family Support Services

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is currently seeking a Full Time Case Worker for our Intensive Family Support Services program located in Jersey City, NJ .

The Intensive Family Support Services program increases families’ coping skills and understanding of mental illness in order to decrease the stress associated with caring for a mentally ill relative.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Development and management of a service plan for clients, including running psychoeducational groups, case management services and the formulation and implementation of individualized service plans
• Responsible to establish continuity of care and assure appropriate quality service

SCHEDULE:

• Monday- Friday 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related fields
• 2 years of experience working in the mental health field
• Valid NJ driver's license
