Job Title:
Retail Team Lead / Software Engineer
Position Overview:
A versatile professional with experience in retail leadership, software engineering, and community
engagement. Skilled in driving customer satisfaction, optimizing operations, and developing technical
solutions. This will be a 6months contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead retail operations, including inventory management, product launches, and sales growth.
• Provide tailored product recommendations to enhance customer experience.
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications, including machine learning solutions and
user interfaces.
• Implement security solutions such as intrusion detection systems.
• Manage websites, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and user engagement.
• Coordinate project milestones, file organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support community initiatives through event logistics, distribution programs, and process
optimization.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in both retail operations and software development.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Technical Skills:
• Programming: Python, C, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Matlab
• Tools: PyCharm, Eclipse, IntelliJ, CodeBlocks, Microsoft Office Suite
