We are seeking two professional and dependable Front Desk Concierges to join our team! As a concierge, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents and guests, providing attentive and courteous service while maintaining a secure, organized, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include greeting residents and visitors, handling deliveries, coordinating building access, and maintaining a consistent front desk presence. We are looking for individuals who are punctual, well-presented, and comfortable interacting with residents on a daily basis. Experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide general information and assistance as needed
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Monitor building access and maintain security awareness
- Manage packages and deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Communicate effectively with management
- Handle resident requests, concerns, or issues in a timely manner
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to remain calm and professional in different situations
- Clean and professional appearance
We are looking for candidates who can work approximately 1520 hours per week. Shifts are from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with coverage required seven days a week. Schedule will be shared between two team members. Weekend availability is required. Location:
