Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow S2P (Source-to-Pay) Architect with strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Procurement modules. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions, bridge the gap between Solution Architects and development teams, mentor junior developers, and deliver enterprise-grade HR and Procurement workflows.

This role requires hands-on experience in HRSD , Procurement Operations , Service Catalog , Flow Designer , UI Builder , IntegrationHub , REST/SOAP APIs , and ServiceNow platform development.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across HRSD and Procurement (Source-to-Pay) modules.
• Translate functional and solution architecture into technical designs and implementations.
• Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices, governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Review and optimize existing ServiceNow implementations for scalability and performance.

HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

• Configure and customize:
  • HR Case Management
  • Lifecycle Events
  • Employee Center
  • HR Knowledge Management
  • HR Catalog Items
• Design HR workflows and employee service automation.

Procurement / Source-to-Pay (S2P)

• Develop and customize:
  • Procurement Operations
  • Source-to-Pay workflows
  • Purchase Request processes
  • Catalog Management
  • Approval Workflows
• Automate procurement processes using ServiceNow.

ServiceNow Development

• Develop custom applications and solutions using:
  • Business Rules
  • Script Includes
  • Client Scripts
  • UI Policies
  • UI Actions
  • Flow Designer
  • Service Catalog
  • UI Builder
  • Service Portal
• Create reusable and maintainable ServiceNow components.

Integrations

• Design and implement integrations using:
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP APIs
  • IntegrationHub
  • MID Server
• Integrate ServiceNow with HR, ERP, Procurement, and third-party enterprise applications.

Platform Administration

• Configure:
  • Import Sets
  • Transform Maps
  • ACLs
  • Roles & Permissions
  • Security Policies
• Perform debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

Leadership & Mentoring

• Mentor junior ServiceNow developers.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance during project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

• 8-10 years of overall ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience implementing HRSD and Procurement solutions.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
