Senior Compliance Data Analysis- AI
- Data cleaning, preparation and structuring to enable the analysis of information.
- Demonstratable proficiency in R and Python coding languages.
- Demonstratable experience working with large language models (LLMs).
- Able to write/understand a programming language (.Net, C#, Java, HTML)
- Intermediate to advanced ability to write SQL (Inner & Outer Joins, Linked Servers, Functions, Stored Procs, Case Statements) and Microsoft Fabric.
- Ability to independently learn and incorporate new and emerging technology & techniques (AI, ML, BOTs, NLP)
- Understand underlying theory and application of key reporting/visualization software.
- Evaluate data using analytical and logical reasoning for the discovery of insights.
- Demonstrate how technology can be leveraged to solve problems.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the company's business.
- Understand current industry trends impacting the business.
- Understand the KPIs used to measure the business framework.
- Ability to articulate insights and explain their impact and opportunities on the business.

- 3-7 years of relevant experience (including internships, co-ops, or academic projects) in analytics, data engineering, software development, or a related technical field.

- Ability to work independently and partner with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to tailor messages for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical & quantitative skills with the ability to develop and interpret data insights, document work clearly, and present results to stakeholders.
- Exposure to regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceutical/healthcare) or compliance-related work or enterprise data environments preferred.
- Exposure to working in a global environment or supporting multiple divisions, markets, and regions.
- Strong desire to learn the business, compliance processes, and how data-driven solutions can mitigate risk.
- Experience working with enterprise-wide systems and vendors (i.e., financial reporting, master data management, customer relationship management, expense management).

$106,200.00 - $167,200.00 This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
