About the Rol

eFaropoint is in search of a talented People Operations Associat e to report directly to our Chief People Officer in a hybrid role encompassing traditional people operations functions and strategic initiatives / process improvement

People Operations Responsibiliti

• esServe as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedure
• s.Own all administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle, from candidate experience to onboarding, all the way through to offboardin
• g.Maintain the data integrity of People Operations systems such as Ripplin
• g.Update and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook conten
• t.Develop workflow automation to improve efficiency of routine HR task
• s.Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems and ensure data integrity across all platform
• s.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulation
• s.Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and annual open enrollment processe

Qualificati

• onsMinimum 5-7 years in people operations or related HR functi
• on.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferr
• ed.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS (Rippling), ATS (Greenhouse), Slack, Monday, Lattice, or similar productivity too
