About the Rol
eFaropoint is in search of a talented People Operations Associat e to report directly to our Chief People Officer in a hybrid role encompassing traditional people operations functions and strategic initiatives / process improvement
.
People Operations Responsibiliti
- esServe as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedure
- s.Own all administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle, from candidate experience to onboarding, all the way through to offboardin
- g.Maintain the data integrity of People Operations systems such as Ripplin
- g.Update and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook conten
- t.Develop workflow automation to improve efficiency of routine HR task
- s.Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems and ensure data integrity across all platform
- s.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulation
- s.Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and annual open enrollment processe

Qualificati
- onsMinimum 5-7 years in people operations or related HR functi
- on.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferr
- ed.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS (Rippling), ATS (Greenhouse), Slack, Monday, Lattice, or similar productivity too
- ls.Familiarity with recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed) and video conferencing tools (Teams, Zoo
