Commercial Construction Site Superintendent
JBS Allphase Construction & Maintenance is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Site Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects throughout New Jersey and the surrounding area.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial General Contractor Superintendent
- Ground-up commercial construction experience required
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
- OSHA 30 certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day field operations from project start through completion
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors
- Maintain project schedules and ensure quality workmanship
- Enforce jobsite safety standards
- Coordinate inspections and material deliveries
- Complete daily reports and communicate with the Project Manager
