**Job Description**
Collaborate with Assembly, Test, and Engineering personnel to conduct First Article Inspection and Reporting for new product designs. Ensure customer acceptance of FAIR for product shipment. Coordinate FAIR submissions with Customer Service and utilize the ERP system (P21) for retrieving product design documentation and job status traceability. Oversee monthly 5S data gathering, tool/equipment calibration, and record keeping with a third-party service provider. Manage archival of assembly job travelers with a third-party for data storage and communicate with customers on RoHS and REACH requirements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct First Article Inspection and Reporting for new product designs.
+ Ensure customer acceptance of FAIR for product shipment.
+ Coordinate FAIR submissions with Customer Service.

**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in quality assurance and quality control.
+ Experience with First Article Inspection and Reporting.
+ Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
+ Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM) and Quality Management Systems.
+ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Office.
+ Ability to read blueprints and handle equipment calibration.
+ Experience with ERP systems.
+ Excellent communication skills and mechanical aptitude.

+ Ability to interact well with people and work independently.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00/hr.
