2026 Future Talent Program - Global Clinical Trial Operations Meeting Management - Intern
- Work closely with GCTO Meeting Managers to support all activities associated with the conduct and execution of Investigator Meetings (IMs).
- Responsible for data entry, tracking and validation of meeting data including meeting deviations and exceptions.
- Responsible for running weekly/monthly metrics reports and analyzing and interpreting the data.
- Assist with creation of PowerPoint template presentations.
- Research assistance on innovation and technology in the digital meeting space with a focus on adult learning principles and knowledge retention.
- Assist in editing of Global Clinical Development (GCD) SOP documents with potential creation of a comprehensive RACI.
- Responsible for compiling and reviewing post meeting survey results for trends and improvement opportunities.
- Working towards a Bachelor's degree in a scientific-related discipline or event planning and management.
- Understanding and knowledge of Clinical Research and Development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Project management skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge and expertise of Power Point, Excel and Word.
- Ability to analyze and determine the applicability of data and information.
