Overview:

We are a reputable car wash actively seeking a reliable, mechanically inclined, and team-oriented Maintenance GSR . This role combines hands-on equipment maintenance with front-line operational duties such as guiding vehicles, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth daily performance of the site.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on car wash equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and structural components.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance including filter changes, lubrication, adjustments, and supply restocking.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for major repairs when required.
• Complete daily inspections, checklists, and required documentation.
• Safely guide vehicles onto the conveyor while giving clear and confident hand signals.
• Identify safety concerns such as loose parts, bike racks, debris, or excessive snow and communicate instructions to customers.
• Provide friendly, professional customer assistance and support.
• Help maintain a clean site and assist the team during rush periods.
• Deliver the level of service and experience our guests expect during every visit.

Qualifications:

• Professional and enthusiastic attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors and in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, climbing, bending, and extended standing.
• 3 Years of mechanical experience in a similar role is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay Rate: $20 per hour.
