We are seeking polished, attentive Servers who understand that hospitality is about awareness, timing, and genuine connection. This is an opportunity for someone with 13+ years of experience to step into a fast-paced, high-standard environment and elevate their craft. What Youll Do
- Deliver attentive, polished service with strong pacing and awareness
- Guide guests through the menu with confidence, including food, wine, and cocktails
- Anticipate guest needs before theyre asked
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, and support staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain strong section control during high-volume periods
- Create a welcoming, memorable experience for every table
- 13+ years of serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong communication skills and natural guest engagement
- Ability to stay composed, organized, and efficient under pressure
- Attention to detail and a high standard for service
- Team-first mentality with a strong work ethic
- A genuine interest in food, beverage, and hospitality
- You understand timing, not just steps of service
- You can read a table and adjust your approach naturally
- You take ownership of your section and your guest experience
- Youre looking to grow, not just pick up shifts
