The organization is seeking a Data Center Solutions Architect to join their growing solutions team. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role focused on designing and positioning modern infrastructure solutions that help organizations modernize, optimize, and secure their data center environments.The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, consultative selling experience, and strong communication skills, enabling them to translate complex business requirements into scalable, resilient, and cost-effective technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with customers to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and operational challenges.
• Design comprehensive infrastructure solutions spanning compute, storage, virtualization, networking, cloud, backup, disaster recovery, and security technologies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the presales lifecycle by providing architectural guidance and technical leadership.
• Develop solution architectures, technical presentations, proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and drive successful outcomes.
• Create solution designs and bills of materials (BOMs) aligned with customer requirements and budget considerations.
• Support RFPs, RFIs, and proposal responses with technical content and solution justification.
• Work alongside engineering and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment between presales and post-sales activities.
• Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain expertise across leading infrastructure, cloud, and data management technologies while staying current with emerging trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience designing and architecting enterprise data centre infrastructure solutions.
• Experience with hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) and converged platforms such as Nutanix, Cisco HyperFlex, VxRail, or similar technologies.
• Experience with enterprise storage, backup, disaster recovery, and data protection solutions, including platforms such as Pure Storage, Dell EMC, Rubrik, Veeam, or equivalent.
• Experience designing hybrid cloud and infrastructure solutions.
• Technical certification from a major cloud provider, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Presales Engineer, or Infrastructure Architect.
• Experience working with leading infrastructure vendors, including Cisco, Dell Technologies, Pure Storage, Nutanix, VMware, and major cloud providers.
• Deep understanding of cloud adoption strategies, virtualization, backup and recovery, and modern data centre architectures.
• CCNP, CCIE, VMware, Nutanix, or cloud certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience supporting enterprise and mid-market organizations through complex infrastructure transformation initiatives.

Salary:

• $135,000 - $170,000
