About the Role:
We are hiring a Patient Care Coordinator for 40 hours per week , Monday–Friday. You will be the first and last impression of our practice.
Your responsibilities include:
- Creating a world-class patient experience from first call to discharge
- Confidently communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by text
- Scheduling appointments accurately and efficiently
- Managing patient accounts, payments, and authorizations with precision
- Keeping the clinic organized, professional, and running on time
- Supporting the clinical team through strong systems and follow-through

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20 - $25 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Required)
$20 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:- Create a welcoming and supportive environment for patients from their first call to their final visit.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients in person, over the phone, and via text.
- Schedule patient appointments accurately, ensuring optimal clinic flow and patient satisfaction.
- Manage patient accounts, including payments and authorizations, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain an organized and professional clinic environment, ensuring operations run smoothly and on time.
- Support the clinical team by implementing and following through on established systems and protocols.
- Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, providing clear and helpful information promptly.
- Experience in a healthcare, front desk, or customer service role is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients in person, over the phone, and via text.
- Proven track record of managing patient accounts, including payments and authorizations, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain an organized and professional clinic environment, ensuring operations run smoothly and on time.
- Experience in scheduling patient appointments accurately, ensuring optimal clinic flow, and patient satisfaction.
- Ability to support the clinical team by implementing and following through on established systems and protocols.
- Strong work ethic and personal accountability, with a focus on delivering a world-class patient experience from first call to discharge.
