Clinical Marketing Coordinator
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets, liaise with finance and marketing agencies, and present monthly budget updates to marketing leadership
- Submit SOWs
- Process POs
- Track invoices, expenses
- Ensure accuracy of budget tracking and clear communication to leadership
- Plan and manage trade shows, congresses, conferences and events; including registration, staffing, resource-ordering, logistics, booth design, pre/post conference follow up
- National, regional, and local congresses
- Booth management and development for large congresses
- Cross-functional communication, national congress guidance to field sales, and planning
- Support marketing teams and assist marketing managers with administrative and operations tasks
- Marketing communications for field sales
- Serve as liaison between marketing and PRC to understand key marketing priorities/projects
- Ensure promotional materials are accurate, available, and in stock (PALS)
- Track field orders and provide monthly reporting to sales leaders\
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business Administration with 2 years of relevant experience in pharma/biotech
- Or 10 years of relevant experience in a Marketing Coordinator/Associate level role
- Strong work ethic and attention to details
- Effectively work with all levels of the organization
- Strong project and time management skills
- Strong collaborative ability
- Strong MS Office Proficiency
