About the Role

This is a high-performance in-home sales position where you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have expressed interest in remodeling their bathrooms. You’ll leverage our custom technology and premium product offerings to help clients design their ideal space—then close the deal.

No cold calling. No lead generation. We provide the appointments.
You bring the expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Run company-generated leads and present proven sales solutions to homeowners

• Use a company-issued iPad and sales software to design and quote custom bath solutions

• Close sales and exceed goals— our top reps are earning $250K+

• Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions and leadership training

• Represent a brand known for excellence, reliability, and quality craftsmanship

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in bath remodeling sales or in-home sales (required)

• Ability to connect quickly with homeowners and guide the consultative process

• Self-starter with high-income goals and a competitive mindset

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Local to Alpha, NJ and have reliable transportation

• Comfortable using technology to present, quote, and close
