Now Hiring: Solar Installers in Paramus, NJ!

We’re seeking a Solar Installer to support electrical and mechanical installations on commercial solar projects. This role involves rooftop work and occasional installations on structures like water tanks.

Responsibilities:

• Install solar systems, both electrical and mechanical components
• Work on flat rooftops and other elevated surfaces
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols, especially when working at heights

Qualifications:

• Experience with solar or electrical installations preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
• Familiarity with commercial solar systems is a plus

Work Environment:

• The schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week.
• $22-$26/HR- dependent on experience.
• Outdoor, rooftop-based work with adherence to safety standards.
• Weather-dependent conditions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
