Lead and inspire our sales team to reach new heights while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive sustainable growth for our Mount Laurel office.

Oversee daily operations to ensure our processes remain smooth and efficient for every policyholder.

Foster a positive, collaborative office culture where every team member feels supported and empowered to do their best work.

Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and celebrate our wins along the way.

Connect with local business leaders and community members to expand our footprint throughout New Jersey.

Active New Jersey Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Five or more years of experience in insurance sales or high-level account management.

Strong ability to mentor and guide junior sales staff.

Proficiency in industry-standard quoting software and CRM platforms.

Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales revenue targets.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
