**What You'll Do:**
+ Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the manufacturing and industrial location.
+ Verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises, following site-specific access control procedures.
+ Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and/or contractors with inquiries related to access control policies and procedures.
+ Respond to security-related incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
+ Document and report any suspicious activities or security-related breaches observed during access control operations.
+ Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal personnel to uphold client site policies and procedures.
+ Support emergency response activities as required by the site and Allied Universal guidelines.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
