About the Role
We are seeking experienced, licensed insurance professionals to join our growing team!
In this role, you will be managing the full sales cycle, including meeting with prospective clients, presenting needs-based solutions, and maintaining client relationships.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, building relationships, and helping clients find solutions that meet their needs.
Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through community outreach and prospecting
Meet with clients and understand their needs
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Maintain an organized sales pipeline
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications
Required
Active insurance license
3 years of insurance sales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Comfortable working independently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to build strong client relationships
Willingness to meet clients face-to-face
