A leading remote tax services provider is seeking a Seasonal Tax Associate to provide exceptional customer support during tax season. This fully remote role requires at least 2 years of experience in filing federal and state tax returns and effective communication skills to assist clients using advanced video tools. Candidates must have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and be able to work a minimum of 20 hours weekly across multiple days.
