CMDB & IT Asset Management (ITAM) Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated CMDB & IT Asset Management (ITAM) Analyst to support the governance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow CMDB and IT Asset Management processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Configuration Items (CIs), ensuring CMDB data integrity, performing asset reconciliation, supporting software and hardware lifecycle management, and driving compliance initiatives across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the accuracy and integrity of the ServiceNow CMDB.
• Manage Configuration Items (CIs) and ensure proper relationship mapping.
• Perform CMDB audits, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Support Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) processes.
• Monitor CMDB health metrics and drive continuous data quality improvements.
• Conduct asset lifecycle management activities including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
• Partner with infrastructure, operations, procurement, and service management teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Generate compliance, audit, and asset management reports.
• Support IT governance and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Create and maintain process documentation, workflows, and asset management procedures.
• Participate in CMDB maturity improvement initiatives and ITSM process enhancement projects.
• Leverage reporting and dashboard tools to provide asset visibility and operational insights.
