Community Operations Manager
Foster a positive, trust-based work culture where team members feel motivated and engaged.
Provide clear direction, feedback, and professional development opportunities. Resident & Family Engagement Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families to ensure satisfaction.
Lead family communication efforts, ensuring concerns are addressed with care and transparency.
Organize and support family events to strengthen community involvement. Operational & Financial Oversight Manage daily operations while ensuring compliance with all state and regulatory requirements.
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, revenue management, and cost control.
Develop and execute strategies to maintain high occupancy and strong financial health. Sales & Business Growth Partner with the Sales Director to drive community growth and maintain a competitive market position.
Foster relationships with local organizations and referral sources to generate new business.
Monitor and enhance the resident experience to ensure positive word-of-mouth and referrals. Quality & Compliance Maintain high standards of care, ensuring all safety and regulatory protocols are followed.
Drive quality assurance initiatives to continuously improve services and resident outcomes.
Oversee risk management efforts, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for all. What We're Looking For Experience: Prior leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field.
Education: A college degree is preferred; a state-required administrator's license may be required.
Skills: Strong leadership, financial acumen, operational management, and sales experience.
Passion: A deep commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors and building a supportive community.
