Earth Cam is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow existing client relationships in the construction space.

You’re a hands-on account manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment

• Hunter Mentality - Inside Sales
• Able to manage strong relationships with key clients
• Track sales performance and meet monthly revenue goals
• Identify and act upon opportunities to expand the reach of our products and solutions within existing accounts- upselling.
• Create and execute strategic account plans that detail how to grow revenue and increase client engagement.
• Monitor and analyze account metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement.
• Develop account plans and collaborate with the regional sales team
• Regularly report on account status and communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of account management experience.

• Proven track record in account management or a related field, with experience in managing B2B relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
