OVERVIEW
A well-established healthcare real estate firm is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial medical office buildings .
This role is responsible for driving operational performance, tenant satisfaction, and financial results across the portfolio. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial property management experience, a proactive leadership style, and the ability to manage healthcare-focused assets with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of medical office buildings
• Manage tenant relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Lead budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control initiatives
• Coordinate maintenance, capital improvements, and vendor performance
• Ensure compliance with lease terms, regulations, and company standards
• Partner with leasing teams to support occupancy and revenue goals
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain asset quality and performance
• Manage and mentor on-site staff and third-party vendors
• Prepare reports and provide performance updates to leadership
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and asset value

WHAT IT TAKES

• 5+ years of commercial property management experience

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and properties effectively
