Store Operator
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Convenience Store Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, can handle multiple tasks, and helps keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked. This role is essential to providing a fast, welcoming, and positive experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service Operate the cash register accurately (cash, card, and digital payments) Stock shelves, coolers, and displays as needed Keep the store clean and organized (sweeping, wiping counters, trash removal) Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management Check product dates and remove expired items Follow store policies, safety rules, and security procedures Handle customer questions or concerns professionally Assist with opening and/or closing duties when scheduled Qualifications & Skills Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus (but not required) Strong communication and basic math skills Dependable, punctual, and responsible Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate items Team-oriented with a positive attitud
