Senior Manager Quality Engineering in Jersey City, NJ

Job Description

RBC Capital Markets LLC seeks a Senior Manager Quality Engineering in Jersey City, NJ to monitor engineering processes and products to ensure compliance with regulatory standard and practices, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and perform quality review internal audits. Evaluate data and write reports to validate or identify deviations from existing standards. Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of the finished product. Recommend modifications for existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality. Manage a team of onshore and offshore quality engineers. Remote work permitted 3 days a week. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field, plus 10 years of QE Engineering and people management experience. 10 years of experience with Java, Selenium, Jira, qTest, Rest Assured and Test NG Framework, and 4 years of experience with case management experience including accounting and deposit management. The salary for this job is $168,550 per year. This salary does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
