Retail Sales & Customer Service – High Energy (South Jersey/PA)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Hourly Base + Uncapped Bonus Structure
Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (5-Day Work Week)
About the Role
We are looking for bold, energetic, and tech-savvy individuals to join our Verizon Retail team. This isn't your average "behind the counter" job. We want people who love talking to people, solving problems, and—most importantly—closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Excellence: Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend Verizon’s premium wireless and home internet solutions.
- Customer Experience: Resolve billing or technical issues with a smile, ensuring every customer leaves better than they arrived.
- Store Operations: Maintain a professional store appearance and stay current on the latest product launches and promotions.
- Goal Setting: Hit (and exceed) daily and monthly sales targets to maximize your bonus potential.
Qualifications:
- Energy: You are outgoing, confident, and able to build rapport instantly.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, wireless, or the service industry (waitstaff/bartending) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal skills—you can explain the "why" behind the tech.
- Availability: Must be able to work the 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM schedule, including weekends when necessary.
