Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Database Management Lead Specialist to oversee the design implementation and maintenance of our enterprise database systems. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership ensure data integrity optimize database performance and guide a team of database professionals in delivering reliable and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design implementation and maintenance of enterprise databases across multiple platforms.

• Monitor database performance and optimize queries indexes and overall system performance.

• Develop and enforce database security policies backup and disaster recovery strategies.

• Collaborate with application development teams to ensure database solutions meet business requirements.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior database administrators and engineers.

• Evaluate and recommend database technologies tools and best practices for continuous improvement.

• Troubleshoot complex database issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in database administration management or related fields.

• Strong expertise in relational databases (e.g. Oracle SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB Cassandra).

• Hands-on experience with database design performance tuning backup/recovery and replication strategies.

• Solid understanding of data security privacy and regulatory compliance standards.

• Experience leading database teams or managing large-scale database projects.

• Proficiency in SQL database scripting and automation tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
