Location: Hybrid role. Atlanta, GA; Houston, TX, Pittsburgh, PA, Boston, MA or Paramus, NJ location.
The Channel Content Manager leads the development of content across Omni-channels to drive revenue generation for Fisher Healthcare. This role is responsible for leading customer segmentation and customer purchasing journey development by using market research to determine brand perception and customer needs. To be successful in this role, you will need to collaborate with Data Science, Channel Enablement and Portfolio Marketing to identify customer challenges, gaps in our value offer and opportunities for improvement in Fisher Healthcare's solutions. You will be accountable for the development of messaging to support solution selling by using commercial feedback, market trends and voice of customer insights to address critical needs.
The Channel Content Manager will be responsible for the development of new marketing programs, content, and tactics to ensure that all channels are improving opportunities to generate leads, drive revenue and achieve business objectives. This role works hand in hand with Channel Enablement to drive the execution of Omni-channel tactics aligned with supplier and Fisher Healthcare financial objectives.
To be effective you will need to demonstrate a customer-centric approach, strong market research skills and a proven track record to develop value messaging and customer programs. A strong candidate will need a positive demeanor, an ability to work independently and exceptional leadership skills to get results.
Responsibilities:
- Builds and leads content strategy across the funnel and customer purchasing lifecycle, from conceptualisation to publication to distribution to evaluation.
- Develops and implements supplier, partner and Fisher Healthcare content required across Omni-channels
- Lead and collaborate with functional partners across the company and externally to create needs-based value propositions, messaging, targeted personas and content generation
- Drives customer segmentation and defines customer purchasing journeys
- Identifies, develops and conducts market research to determine brand perception and customer needs.
- Develops services and solutions to improve customer satisfaction, and loyalty
- Drives the development of economic models to support lab automation and lab collaboration with Fisher Healthcare
- Identifies pain points, gaps, and opportunities for improvements in the customer journey, aligning these with overarching business strategies and developing content and messaging to support solution selling.
- Leads the development of reporting frameworks that offer profound insights into customer behavior, preferences, and needs.
- Applies data-driven insights, partnering with Data Science to improve targeting, messaging, and product recommendations
- Collaborates with the Channel Enablement leads to implement Omni-channel tactics
- Maintains regular communication across the organization and keeps abreast of marketing trends and customer needs to evaluate messaging effectiveness.
- Gathers competitive information and drives a Fisher Healthcare response.
- Facilitates the day-to-day management of business initiatives across various channels.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of marketing, agency, market research or similar experience
- Bachelor's degree required. MBA or post graduate degree equivalent a plus.
- Strong strategic content development skills, customer centric approach, Marketing Research experience and a shown ability to develop customer programs
