Physical Therapist - Per Diem as needed

Partnership Health an outpatient Family Practice in Toms river, NJ is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a per diem position.
This position will cover sick days, vacations etc for our current Physical Therapists in Toms River and Brick, NJAs a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain following an injury or illness.
Typical hours are 12pm-6pm however can be adjusted if need be for your coverage
Duties
- Evaluate and assess patients' conditions to determine their physical therapy needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to assist patients in regaining movement and strength
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and techniques for continued improvement
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Knowledge of physiology and acute care practices
- Strong communication skills and empathy for patient care
