Front Counter Associate / Food Handler

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Counter Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking accurate orders, handling payments, and assisting with light food preparation in a fast-paced café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take in-person and phone orders accurately
- Operate the POS system and handle cash, credit, and digital payments
- Package food orders neatly and correctly
- Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, dining area, and beverage station
- Assist with preparing drinks (lemonade, tea, etc.)
- Restock supplies (cups, napkins, condiments)
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Clean and maintain the dining area
- Support team members during busy periods by performing other duties as assigned
