The Position: Sales Development Representative

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for customers, presenting our products and services in a clear and engaging way
• Participate in weekly sales training, coaching, and team-building sessions
• Work collaboratively with a supportive, goal-driven team to achieve your personal and group sales targets

What You Bring:

• A BA/BS degree is preferred, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Base Salary plus uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses
• First-year earning potential: $70,000 - $120,000 annually
