About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional to assist adults with their daily living needs. The ideal candidate will be patient, caring, and committed to providing quality support.

Responsibilities:

• Can start ASAP
• Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Accompany individuals to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Prepare and serve meals.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.

Qualifications:

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred, but not required
• Willingness to receive training
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
