As a member of the Learning Solutions team, the  Marketing Intern will be primarily responsible for:

• Working with leadership to execute elements of the marketing strategy for the Learning Solutions organization, including social media execution and channel tactics such as white papers, to drive performance indicator, such as landing page conversion rates, to drive data-driven improvements. Ability to utilize AI to create hyper-personalized content at scale for demand generation. This includes using AI to analyze prospect data and generate tailored messaging for outreach campaigns.

• Coordinating a successful marketing program, including communicating with internal subject-matter experts + cross-functional leads and connecting with established social media vendors to i dentify new content opportunities and support our SEO strategy

• Develop and maintain dashboard metrics to track key marketing KPIs from various platforms. Use AI automation to t rack and analyze impact across key metrics and make recommendations to innovate and improve success . Utilize AI tools to automate competitive scans, conduct market research on industry trends, and analyze audience insights to help refine our buyer personas.

• This position will entail the following project management responsibilities as well as other responsibilities as assigned such as o rganizing and coordinating critical meetings with internal and external decision-makers , t ranslating meeting outputs and guidance .

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

• Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, 

• A proven track record of being a self-starter capable of taking guidance and independently working to complete a project

• A strong working knowledge of the marketing function and social media, and AI best practices . A proficiency in using advanced AI functionalities (such as data analysis and visualization) using co -Pilot and Gemini AI tools.

• High learning agility, demonstrated ability to understand and connect seemingly disparate data into a bigger picture

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills

• A passion for healthcare

• Interest in website design or UXI a plus

Candidates must be a minimum of a Rising Junior and currently enrolled full time in Spring/Summer or Spring/Fall ’2semesters.  The Commercial Summer Intern Program runs from May 1 , 202 , to August , 202 , and all positions will work full time (up to 40 hours per week). 

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $24-$28/hr. and will vary based on the candidate’s semesters completed in school.
