Duties Teach HVAC systems, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance using our accredited curriculum Conduct engaging classroom sessions and hands-on lab training Prepare students for industry certifications and successful careers Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback Ensure lessons align with current HVAC technologies and industry standards Maintain a safe and professional training environment Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance program effectiveness Adhere to OSHA safety regulations while performing all tasks. Requirements Minimum 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience High School Diploma or GED (HVAC certifications must) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and engage students in a learning environment Passion for teaching and mentoring future professionals New Jersey license recommended.
