About the Role

We are seeking a Clerk, Bakery Production to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a Clerk, Bakery Production, you will be accountable for ensuring accurate production reporting, SAP data integrity, inventory support, and administrative coordination that enables efficient bakery operations.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 3rd (will be training for the first two months in 2nd shift (2p-10:30p))
• Hours: 10:00PM – 6:30AM (Tues - Sat)
• Weekend availability: Required

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $21.50–$22.50

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

• Ensure accurate and timely production reporting, including data verification and discrepancy resolution
• Maintain SAP reporting accuracy through Process Order verification and escalation of issues
• Track and manage attendance records for production and packing employees
• Oversee supply cage operations to ensure proper availability of production materials
• Support PCE implementation, training, and serve as a subject matter expert for system users
• Perform inventory cycle counts, reconcile variances, and report weekly ingredient usage
• Maintain organized production documentation and support quality and safety initiatives

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment and in variable temperature environments
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 25 lbs. occasionally
