Using precision tools such as lasers, HEPA vacuums, and calibrated torque wrenches. Performing drilling, anchoring, and verification of rack placement and alignment. Following all safety and quality procedures (PTP, PPE, housekeeping). 5+ years of experience managing large teams in a data center or industrial setting. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a high-demand environment and adapt to changing priorities. Experience with MS Project, Smartsheets, and Blue Bean preferred Willingness to travel and commit to extended on-site assignments.
