We are seeking a motivated and personable Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service, building lasting relationships with our clients, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Provide detailed product information and educate customers on the features and benefits of our fine jewelry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Assist with the selection, customization, and purchase of jewelry items.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the sales floor and display cases.
- Participate in inventory management, including restocking and tagging merchandise.
- Stay informed about current market trends and new product offerings.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and sales.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and connect with customers.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle financial transactions.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
- A passion for fine jewelry and a genuine desire to help customers find their perfect pieces.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
