What you'll tackle
- Execute goods receipt and shipment activities end-to-end, capturing data accurately in SAP and completing daily PGI transactions.
- Operate forklifts and drum-handling equipment with zero-compromise safety.
- Apply OBD validation to all sales orders before release.
- Keep the warehouse audit-ready: clean, orderly, and aligned to cGMP standards.
- Follow SOPs for tools, equipment, and computer systems; escalate issues to your Group Leader.
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and preparing sales/sample orders.
What you bring
- High School diploma or equivalent; 0–2 years in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution.
- Experience handling chemicals and operating warehouse logistics equipment; current forklift license.
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices; HACCP exposure is a bonus.
- Comfort with basic computer tasks and shipping systems (e.g., FedEx Ship Manager).
- Demonstrated skills in shipping/receiving, quality control checks, material handling, and loading/unloading; able to meet physical demands.
