Join us on our journey of growth! **The opportunity** The Head of Global Early Clinical Development (ECD) leads the strategic and operational execution of early-phase clinical programs (typically Phase 1 and early Phase 2a), ensuring scientific rigor, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the broader R&D strategy. This role is pivotal in translating preclinical insights into clinical hypotheses and guiding the development of innovative therapies across multiple therapeutic areas. This role sits within the Global R&D organization and interfaces with multiple verticals including Translational Precision Medicine (TPM), Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology & Biosimilar Sciences (QPB), AI group, and Disease Area Heads. It is a key driver of Teva's pivot to growth strategy, enabling the transformation of scientific discoveries into clinical breakthroughs.
