Office Manager – Multispecialty Practice
Location: Northern NJ (Belleville, East Orange, West Orange, Jersey City, Englewood Cliffs)
Type: Full-Time
Pay: $28–$33/hr + Benefits
We’re looking for a hands-on leader to manage 5 busy outpatient offices. You’ll lead a team of 14 providers and 16 staff, streamline operations, and ensure top-notch patient care.
✨ What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations
- Lead, coach & support staff
- Manage staffing, scheduling & workflows
- Handle escalated patient concerns professionally
✅ Requirements:
- 3+ years in healthcare office/multisite management
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Experience in high-volume, multispecialty practices (Epic a plus)
