ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2014 and today lead a team of seven who take great pride in working together and serving others well. I earned my BA in Business Management in 1987 and am married with three children. Outside the office, I enjoy watching and coaching sports and playing hockey, which reflects the teamwork, discipline, and competitive spirit that carry into our agency.

Giving back is an important part of who we are we actively support Barbis Blankets to help cancer patients, the Pass It On Project to support low-income families, and other local New Jersey organizations that make a meaningful impact in our community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Scott Klar - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
